Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 10:00 on November 8, 2012, at approximately 200 meters in length, approximately 8m concrete roads located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, and at approximately 8m wide, obstructed traffic for about 3 hours by making use of a scke, with three rocks (minimum size: 1 meter in width, 80cm, height, 80cm, height, minimum size: 80cm: width: 60cm in width, 60cm in width, 60cm in height, and 60cm in height).

The term "land access" refers to a place of public traffic by the general public, i.e., a place of public nature in which many and unspecified persons, vehicles, and horses are able to freely pass through, without limiting to a specific person.
