C On April 21, 2010, the judgment of the Gwangju District Court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment for fraud and 2 years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on April 29, 2010.

1. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant A is a public official belonging to the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, who had been employed by the MO while managing employment of persons entitled to veterans benefits in the Seoul Southern Branch of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office from October 1, 2007 to October 28, 2009.

On December 16, 2008, the Defendant received a bribe of KRW 3 million (cash 200,000 won, check 280,000 won) under the pretext of honorarium, in response to a solicitation from E to demand the employment of his father’s father’s father’s father’s father’s father (n’t, 31 years of age) in an incompetuous restaurant near the Seoul Southernnam Veterans Office, and received a bribe in connection with his duties.

B. At around 19:00 on December 30, 2008, the Defendant received 3 million won (300,000 won of KRW 1 million check) under the pretext of a honorarium for the employment of child FO (32 years of age) from F in a restaurant near the Seoul Southern Veterans Organization. The Defendant accepted a bribe in relation to its duties.

C. At around 11:30 on January 21, 2009, the Defendant received a request from R’s children S(28 years of age) from the Defendant’s office of the Seoul Southern Branch of the Korea National Veterans Organization to help and receive a bribe in relation to his duties after receiving a cash of KRW 2 million as a reward, in order to ensure that R’s children S(28 years of age) can be employed by public enterprises at the Defendant’s office of the Seoul Southern Branch of the Korea National Veterans Organization.

Accordingly, the defendant received a bribe of 8 million won in total in relation to his duties three times.

2. The Defendant B was a public official who served as the head of the Office of Patriots and Veterans Affairs (State public officials of Grade IV and Grade IV) from December 11, 2006 to May 1, 2008.

Around January 2007, the Defendant submitted an employment application to the Council of the Government Veterans' Office to which he/she works, upon receiving a request to request the employment of RR T (30 years of age) from C, who was serving as the director of Qdo branch of the above P organization, to work in the public enterprises.

After that, the defendant around 19:00 on February 5, 2007.
