Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From November 28, 2012 to December 19, 2012, Defendant A acquired 3 stolens by purchasing a total of 0:00 to December 19, 2012 from taxi engineers who embezzled smartphones lost by the victims on the name failure, who were taxi passengers, in the vicinity of Taecheon Station 7, the subway Line, while being aware of the fact that the smartphone is stolen.
2. From November 2, 2012 to January 6, 2013, Defendant B purchased a total of 25 copies with knowledge of the fact that the smartphone was stolen, from among taxi engineers who embezzled smartphones lost by the victims in the name failure in the name of the taxi in the vicinity of the 7th subway line between 00:00 to 04:00 each day.
3. Defendant C
A. From November 1, 2012 to January 3, 2013, the Defendant acquired 40 stolen goods at the price determined by G, knowing the fact that the smartphone is a stolen, from among the taxi drivers in the name-free taxi that embezzled the lost victims of the name-free taxi in front of the F in Dobong-gu Seoul, between 00:00 and 04:00 each day from November 3, 2012 to January 3, 2013.
B. On January 4, 2013, the Defendant, who committed the crime of January 4, 2013, purchased 660,000 won in total while being aware of the fact that the smartphone was stolen from the taxi engineers who embezzled four smartphones from those who were taxi passengers in front of the Fran in Dobong-gu Seoul, including gallon 2, alonephone 4, galone gallon 2, and scar galone 2, and scar acquired stolen goods.
4. Defendant D
A. The Defendant, from November 1, 2012 to January 3, 2013, purchased a total of 40 copies with knowledge of the fact that the smartphone was stolen, from among taxi engineers who embezzled smartphones lost by the victims who were taxi passengers in the vicinity of the subway No. 4 of Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, between November 1, 2012 and January 3, 2013, between 0:00 and 04:00, respectively.
