Reasons

1. The summary of the case and the facts premised on the case

A. The summary of the case is that the Plaintiff, who owned the land to be incorporated into the B housing site development project implementation zone, seeks an increase in the amount of compensation for losses based on Article 85 of the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Land Compensation Act”) by asserting that the amount of compensation determined by the Central Land Expropriation Committee’s decision on expropriation on the Plaintiff’s land is unlawful because it was unfairly lower than the reasonable amount of compensation.
