Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoring), handled psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Megacules (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”). A.

On November 23, 2016, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a foreigner of Thailand nationality and as a foreigner eligible for visa exemption for 90 days of sojourn on or before the expiration of the period of sojourn on February 21, 2017, and stayed in the Republic of Korea beyond the scope of the period of sojourn for foreigners until February 26, 2019.
