Punishment of the crime

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 22:00 on March 14, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones in the vicinity of the “F Hospital” construction site located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in a way of sloaking philophones by driving philophones.
