Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) using a mobile phone from an insular place on a around 21, 2015, to the victim C (the 43-year old-old-age-old mobile phone; (b) sought from the victim C with a large amount of five-minutes and five-minutes by finding the vehicle into the 80-minute public parking lot in the inside of the Republic of Korea at 8:30 minutes; (c) and (d) “after making two proposals, dial dials are inside the two hands, with a thorough abandonment of the sperm that has been contributed by only two hands.”

“Along with the mind’s old life, two descendants are hicked with dial-a-bes, so they would be hicked, so that they would be hickly hing, and would be 8:20 minutes per day during the proposal, and the victim clearly rejected the Defendant’s demand.

Nevertheless, on October 22, 2015, the Defendant, using a mobile phone at an insular place, came to the public parking lot at present, and then came to know that the Defendant, “I want to find the body in a timely manner with no freedom,” and “I want to find the body in a timely manner, I would like to see it more than 1 year, not 1 year, but 1 year and 5 years in the nature.

The Korea Communications Commission sent DNA text messages to the effect that the acts of similarity teaching can be done with a large number of good methods.

As such, the Defendant sent words, letters, etc. that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion to the victim through telecommunications media, such as telephone, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her sexual desire.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Punishment of sexual assault crimes committed to order;
