A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 18:41 on July 15, 2012, from C to his/her national bank account, 90,000 won was dried for psychotropic drugs in the name of the purchase price for Mespacters (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); and (b) around two hours after 2 hours, sold 0.7 gramlopon to F in the front of the E hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
2. On November 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) from November 15, 2012, around 17:49, the Defendant: (b) purchased KRW 3,00,000 from the account of his national bank to the account of the bank; (c) opened approximately two hours after the Defendant sold approximately 2.1g of the phiphone to C in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (d) sold approximately 1.4g of the phiphone to C at the same place as the Haman on November 2012 at the same time.
3. On November 23, 2012, around 17:32, 2012, the Defendant: (a) from around November 23, 2012, the Defendant: (b) purchased KRW 3 million in its national bank account from C in the form of a penphone; (c) after approximately 2 hours, at the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, approximately 2.1g of a penphone to C; and (d) sold approximately 1.4g of a penphone to C at the same place as a first policeman on December 2012 at the same time.
4. On December 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 18:40 on December 21, 2012, the Defendant: (b) purchased KRW 1.5 million from C to his national bank account; (c) sold approximately 2 hours after the Defendant sold C a philopon to C in the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
5. On December 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) from around 14:05 on December 28, 2012, the Defendant: (b) purchased KRW 2,50,00 from C to his national bank account; (c) sold approximately 2.1g of opon to C in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (d) sold approximately 2.1g of opon to C in the direction of Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
6. On January 11, 2013, the Defendant, who sold phiphones, sold 50,000 in the name of the purchase price for phiphones from C to his national bank account at around January 11, 2013.
