A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2019, at around 01:10, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim’s rocketing car parked in Gwangjubuk-gu, Seoul, with the victim D and the victim D, on this day; (b) reported the victim D’s 112 report, the Defendant sent the victim’s slope F (ma, 44 years of age) and G to the same place.
