A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On July 9, 2014, the Defendant intended to withdraw a deposit from an account opened in the name of B upon the Defendant’s death, but was unable to withdraw the deposit due to an error in the password, and was able to withdraw the deposit after changing the password.

Around 14:00 on July 11, 2014, the Defendant: “C”, “In the Account Number column,” “In the Account Number column,” and “in the applicant column,” on the paper of the application for accident report/revision/Reissuance at the Dosan Agricultural Branch located in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, Yangyang-si, the Defendant signed B’s seal which was in possession next to B’s name and sealed B’s seal in the same way, and written an application for accident report/ modification/Reissuance/Reissuance/Reissuance with the same purport different from the Account Number (G) on the same paper.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two copies of the accident report/revision/Reissuance application in the name of private document B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the above date and at the same place, made a written request for a deposit, using an authorized color pen to the Account Book “C”, “C”, and “B’s seal on the name column, and then affixed B’s seal on the name column B, and then transferred the said amount to the Suhyup Account in the name of the Defendant’s name, and in the same manner, made a written request for a deposit with the content that the deposit amount of KRW 3 million deposited in another account (Account Number: G) in the name of the Defendant’s name is transferred to the Suhyup Account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged two copies of a deposit claim in the name of private document B, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at a place as the preceding paragraph, filed a forged accident report to H of the New City Branch of Gyeyangsan Agricultural Cooperatives, which is aware of the forgery.
