Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is a management director in charge of vehicle management, etc. of C in Jincheon-gun E, the defendant D is affiliated with the above company and operated the F 24 tons metric trucks in Korea. The defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of collecting and transporting designated wastes.

1. Defendant A

A. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed a cargo loading box (c) at the Gyeongju Special Metropolitan City, located in Gwangju Metropolitan City without the competent authority’s subscription; (d) installed the cargo loading box at a height of 3,800 meters high of 9,050 meters in length; and (e) installed a motor vehicle at a height of 3,345 meters in length at a height of 50 meters in length and at a height of 455 meters.

B. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) manufactured freight to be loaded at a height of 9,100 meters at a height of 4,000 meters from the length of the said F Truck; and (b) installed a vehicle with a height of 100 meters at a height of 3,345 meters at a height of 100 meters in length and 655 meters at a height of 3,345 meters.

On March 2016, the Defendant, without the permission of the competent authority, installed a cargo loaded at the 2,550m width and 3,800m height of the said G truck to a height of 2,490m high and 10m high higher than 3,345m high than 10m high and 45m high.

2. Defendant D

A. On June 15, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:30, operated the said truck with knowledge that the said F Truck was installed at a height of 3,800 meters in length, 9,050 meters, as set forth in paragraph (a) of the above Article, on the front of the Central Highway Don-ri, the Don-ri, the Don-ri-ri, the Gan-ri, the Don-ri-ri, which is located on the Don-ri-ri, the Don-ri.

B. On June 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, at a point of 177 km-do, Dong-dong Highway, Dong-dong, which was located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do; (b) at the point of 177 km-do, the said F Truck was without the competent authority’s approval of the subscription.
