Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where anyone who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act, which has tubesd a motor vehicle without obtaining approval from the competent authority, intends to do so for the items prescribed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, he/she shall obtain approval from the competent authority;

On September 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded B 1 ton cargo vehicles without obtaining approval from the competent authority; and (b) attached and fixed a steel structure with a length and width greater than the aforementioned loaded cargo for the purpose of transporting livestock at a steel laboratory where it is impossible to identify the trade name of the Si/Y-Eup; (c) the Defendant loaded B 1 ton cargo vehicles.

Accordingly, the defendant, without obtaining the approval of the competent authority, installed the cargo loading system of the motor vehicle.

2. No person who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act, which has tubesd without obtaining approval from the competent authority, shall operate a motor vehicle knowing that it is a motor vehicle which has been tubesd without obtaining approval from the competent authority;

On June 22, 2016, at around 08:40, the Defendant operated a B Poter, which jun, installed without obtaining approval from the competent authority, as described in paragraph (1), on the road near the 94km adjacent to the west Highway, located in 28-37, which was located in the west-gun, Northwest-gun, North Korea.
