1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a motor vehicle maintenance business entity that operates the “G” of a manufacturer located in the same Gu F, such as the “E”, a motor vehicle maintenance business entity located in the Gu of Chang-si, Jin-si.

A motor vehicle maintenance business operator shall not have his/her motor vehicle maintained, unless approved by the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on May 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested the head of the Gu having jurisdiction over the above E E business on May 13, 2013 to conduct the tubes to change the height of the cargo space from the vehicle owner; (b) 6 cm in length; and (c) 25 cm in width; and (c) unlike the contents approved by the head of the Gu having jurisdiction over the above E business, he/she, unlike the contents approved by the head of the Gu, installed in a way that he/she installed a steel plate with a height of 1m70cm in height, 6m in length, and 2m in width and fastened it to the Na company, and unlike the contents approved by the competent government office, he/she, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form, from May 13, 2013 to September 17, 2015.

2. Defendant B is the representative of the automobile maintenance chain Co., Ltd., which is located in the Gu of Chang-si in Chang-si.

A motor vehicle maintenance business operator shall not have his/her motor vehicle maintained, unless approved by the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

A. Nevertheless, on April 22, 2014, the Defendant, even though being aware of the fact that A, who is the said vehicle maintenance business entity, operated E, operated it, and, in order to assist A in committing the crime, he/she received a request from the J vehicle owner approved as having a height of 40 cm in the lower part, 5 cm in length, and 2 cm in width, and introduced A to the said request, and made it easier for A, unlike the content of approval of the head of the pertinent jurisdiction, to have A conduct the tubes by attaching 1m, 70 cm in height, 5m in length, and 2m in width, to fix it as B.
