Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 3, 2009, from around 20:50 to 21:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) took part of seven cards using 52 teprum cards in the Dda located in the Gandong-gun of Gyeongnam-gun; and (b) took one floor tag in the order of order; (c) pursuant to the provisions of the agreement, such as the registration of a game in the same number No. 7; and (d) three continuous cards in the same number 3 or in the same non-finial pattern, the Defendant carried out a game and paid 4,000 won to the winners five times more than five times in the order of order, and (d) 346,000 won in the so-called “hullar.”

B. On Nov. 3, 2009, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, as indicated in the preceding paragraph, and when he sawd himself to a police officer in the Gosung Police Station E-gu, Gosung Police Station, he saw the police officer’s resident registration number of friendly job offers F.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
