Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on August 11, 2014, the Defendants received the first seven copies using 52 cards from the first floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and thereafter, could be abandoned if the number of three or two or more consecutive numbers in the same number as the pattern of non-satis, and the remaining persons satisfying a fine equivalent to the remaining card from 1,000 to 5,000 won per time by giving the winners a fine equivalent to the remaining card.
