A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants, C, and D, on January 11, 2016, received 52 copies of the first card within the F store located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, using 52 copies of the card, and followed up to 3 consecutive numbers of the same number 3 or the same pattern of non-satis. First of all, the Defendants, C, and D ambling the card in a manner of giving fine equivalent to 101,000 won of the remaining card to the winners.
