As above, the Defendant, as well as the receipt of 100,000 won by deceiving the victim to the post office account in the above E’s name, received the total of 1,62,00 won from April 28, 2012 to June 22, 2012 by the above method 14 times in total from April 28, 2012 to June 22, 2012.

B. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at around 18:00 on May 3, 2012.

In order to publish the above notice at the same date and place as described in the paragraph, without G’s permission, a person’s resident registration number was created using the above G’s resident registration number and used it unlawfully.

2. "2012 Highest 4860".

A. On June 12, 2012, around 18:00, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “Dable limited plates are sold” on the Internet I website, and the Defendant sent the said goods to the victim J who contacted the transfer of the sales proceeds.
