Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims and received property from the victims.

around July 29, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would send 2.80,000 won to the victim by visiting the victim to the Internet NAV E and remitting 2.80,000 won to the victim.

However, the facts are that the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell faith to the victim because he did not have such faith.

The Defendant received 280,000 won from the victim to his own external bank account on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
