A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 9, 2013 to 05:30 on August 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by driving a Fpoter freight vehicle owned by the victim E, a victim E, who was parked in front of the said parts, with a key put up in front of the D Parts C during the large exhibition period; and (b) committed theft.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. B. On August 8, 2014, around 04:10 on August 8, 2014, the Defendant, without a license, driven the F Poter Cargo in the distance unclaimed section from the road front of the petition area at the Cheongju-si without a driver’s license, to the construction site of the new construction site at the Cheongju-si, the complex shop located in G at the Cheongju-si Office without a driver’s license.

3. On January 17, 2014, from around 03:00 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) transferred and stolen steel bars worth KRW 1,00,000, total market value of H-BAM 4, the victim J-owned at the said construction site, to loaded F-BAM cargo loaded at the F-bow.

In addition, the Defendant attempted to steals or steals the victims’ property 19 times habitually from January 17, 2014 to August 8, 2014, such as the list of crimes in the annexed sheet.
