A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 8, 2010, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) around 11:05, the Defendant driven a B-type truck which was not subscribed to the automobile insurance without a driver’s license in the direction of about 0.246% of blood alcohol concentration in the section of about 400 meters prior to the 217th day of the Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si, the petition-gu, Cheongju-si, and the roads prior to the 217th day of the Cheongju-si, the petition-gu, Cheongju-si,

Around 11:05 on July 8, 2010, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., the accident-free measures) without driving the 217-on cargo vehicle in the direction of the Cheongju High School in the direction of the Cheongju High School, while driving the 217-on cargo vehicle in the direction of the Cheongju High School in the direction of the Cheongju High School, without obtaining a driver's license as described in paragraph (1), and without driving the juncing vehicle, the Defendant was negligent in failing to operate the steering direction and operation system properly, and the lower part of the Da SM3 vehicle, which is the victim C, parked on the said road, was able to receive the back part of the Da3 vehicle, which is the front part of the said MP3 vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence as seen above, destroyed the said SM3 car to cover a total of KRW 1,581,237, and the said car to cover a total of KRW 982,410, respectively, and went away from the site without taking necessary measures, such as immediately leaving the said car and leaving the said car to the site of the accident.
