A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 1664"
1. Around 17:10 on July 24, 2018, the Defendant, at the time of Cheongju-si, driven a car with a fluorous driving from the front side of the petition Gu B to the Eluoring station located in the petition Gu D at the time of Cheongju-si without a vehicle driver’s license.
2. At around 00:40 on July 31, 2018, the Defendant of special property damage: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in front of a H restaurant located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, with each item (150 cm in length, 20 cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object without any justifiable reason; and (b) damaged the victim I’s H standing signboards installed in the said place by fasting up the 50,000 square meters in diameter so that the repair cost is KRW 50,000.
3. At around 00:50 on July 31, 2018, the Defendant continued to engage in special injury: (a) in drinking on the front of the K cafeteria located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, each item (150 cm in length, 20 cm in diameter) which is a dangerous object without any justifiable reason; (b) and (c) the direction and direction of the inside section, where the victim L(43 years in diameter) passed after the lapse of the location, and the shoulder of the victim’s L(20 cm in diameter, 14 days in order for the victim to undergo medical treatment.

A. At night, around 05:50 on October 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a non-fished commercial building managed by the victim N on the fourth floor of the petition-gu Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; and (b) stolen a 50,000 won even knife at the market price.
B. From October 19, 2018 to October 05:03, 06: (a) from the center line of the road located in front of the building located in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, the Defendant: (b) stolen, with four central separation zones equivalent to KRW 200,00, the market price of KRW 100,000, the central separation zone equivalent to KRW 100,000, and one central separation zone equivalent to KRW 100,000, the market price of KRW 100,000.
