A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2016, from around 08:36 to 08:46, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim by discovering the victim E (the name of the victim, the age of 16) in a situation where resistance is impossible due to locking the victim’s appearance, and by spreading the victim’s fear to the right next to the victim.

B. On July 2, 2016, from around 05:35 to 05:48, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim F (the age of 21) in a state of resistance impossibility by diving; (b) laid down the Defendant’s left bridge on the victim’s side; and (c) made the Defendant’s knee, knee and fbbbbbbbbbs, and drinking the victim’s chest by drinking kne; and (d) forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes is a person subject to registration of personal information, and where personal information is changed as a person subject to registration, the changed information shall be placed under jurisdiction;
