Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed and notified for a period of five years.

Criminal facts

On November 4, 2016, the Ulsan District Court sentenced the Defendant and the person who requested the attachment order (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) to imprisonment with labor for an indecent act by force, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 7, 2017.

(2) On January 9, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to a fine for an indecent act committed by the Ulsan District Court on January 9, 2009; on November 28, 2012, a fine of KRW 3 million is imposed on the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (an indecent act in a densely concentrated place) in the Busan District Court’s branch branch branch branch on November 28, 201; on August 21, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force in the same court on August 21, 2013; on September 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for one year for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (an indecent act in a densely concentrated place)
