Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not substantially disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, the following facts charged shall be organized and criminal facts shall be recognized:

B is a man who is engaged in labor with Vietnamese women C, and C is a person who entered the Republic of Korea on May 27, 2012 in a manner of disguised marriage with B, and the defendant is a person who has arranged a disguised marriage with his wife C and next marriage.

The defendant, upon entering Korea as a tourist visa, was discovered that C had engaged in job-seeking activities, and forced departure, the defendant conspiredd with B to re-enter Korea by filing a false marriage report with C with B and by issuing a visa.

On May 25, 2010, the Defendant submitted a marriage report in Jongno-gu civil petition office located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, stating “B”, “C”, etc. in the husband column of the marriage report and submitted a marriage report as if B and C were to have been genuinely married. The Defendant submitted the marriage report prepared as above and the written verification of marriage requirements necessary for marriage issued by the Vietnam authorities.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with B to have the public official in charge enter the marriage of B and C in the Supreme Court's family relations register system, which is a public electronic record, thereby having recorded false facts, and exercised the same by having the record in which such false facts have been stored be operated in the above system.
