A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2011, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the credit branch of Suwon District Court on March 28, 201, and on April 13, 2011, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On February 3, 2012, at the credit branch of Suwon District Court on February 3, 2012, the Defendant completed the execution of the said penalty on June 7, 2012.

On March 26, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) began from the 24th Do in the Sju-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, without a driver’s license on March 26, 2013; (b) came to the “Welfare Center for Disabled Persons” located in the Sin-gun, Sin-si, Sin-si, a destination; and (c) again run the CKan-kn-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-

On March 27, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.092% of blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license on March 27, 2013, and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act on March 27, 2013, the Defendant driving a CKakn car not covered by the automobile insurance policy on the front of the Hyundai Apartment Yju-gun, Snju-gun, Gyeonggi-do, under the influence of 0.02% of blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license on March 27, 2013.
