A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2002, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the credit branch of Suwon District Court on June 25, 2002, a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court on February 4, 2008, and a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine in the same court on June 21, 2013, respectively.

1. On July 10, 2013, around 18:35, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving a Cobserver car under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 20km from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Echeon-si B to the front of the terminal distance in the Sncheon-si, Innju-gun, Gyeonggi-do, the Seoul-gu, Sndong-gun, Seoul, to the front of the terminal road.

2. On July 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) was a person engaged in driving a C observer car; (b) was driving the said vehicle at around 18:35 on July 10, 2013; (c) was negligent in driving the vehicle on the front side of the terminal shooting distance located in the Hong-ri Eup Eup in the East-gu, East-gu; and (d) made a left-hand turn to the right-hand turn at the right-hand signal in violation of the signal due to occupational negligence; and (c) was damaged the said damaged vehicle to the extent that the repair cost, such as replacement, was 596,644 won, at the front part of the left-hand side of the said vehicle operated by the Defendant.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a C options car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, around 18:35 on July 10, 2013, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the terminal distance in the Yellow-gun, Youngju-gu, Youngju-gu.

4. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act;
