A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and was released on September 30, 201 during the execution of the sentence, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on October 26 of the same year.

5. A person who received a remittance of 16 million won through the post office account (D) in the name of the defendant for the purpose of borrowing money.

In addition, from December 5, 2012 to July 2013, 2013, the Defendant deceivings the victim on 31 occasions, such as the statement in the list of crimes, and received property from the victim or acquired property benefits in total equivalent to KRW 55,826,063 from the victim under the pretext of borrowing money.
