Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall place any advertisement soliciting or inducing another person to buy sex.

Nevertheless, from June 10, 2013 to 21:05 of the same month from June 13, 2013, the Defendant entered only the mobile phone number (D) in front of the “Cmotour” in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul without any explanation, and distributed a street to anyone who is an advertisement of arranging commercial sex acts if the general public with a sound common sense is an advertisement.

As a result, the defendant advertised many unspecified people to buy sex or induce them to buy sex.
