Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 5, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 15, 2013.

[Criminal facts]

1. On January 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 on January 23, 2016, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by making up one b.50,000 won in cash; (b) one b.50,000 won in market value of the victim’s possession, which is the victim’s shopping, and opened on the kart; and (c) together with D, one 1.3 million won in market value, which includes one vehicle key.

Around January 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on January 26, 2016; (b) around 16:30, 201; (c) around the first-story food copon store underground of the above guardian club; (d) around the victim E, the Defendant reported the network; and (d) on the part of the victim, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property in combination with D, one mobile phone, cash of KRW 285,00,00 in an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which is the victim’s ownership, offered shopping by the victim E, and opened on the kart.

3. On January 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 17:30 on January 28, 2016, 2016, at around 17:30, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property jointly with D, with one wallet in an amount equivalent to KRW 600,000,000, at the market price of the victim’s possession, which is the victim’s possession, shopping by the victim F, and opened on the kart; and (b) the Defendant stolen the victim’s property jointly with D.
