1. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant conspired with B, F, and C on October 17, 2014, in collusion with the victim’s sales office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dtel 106, the Defendant: (a) sold an officetel in lots to the customers who have provided consultation on the sales contract for officetels; (b) the sales contract is void; (c) they are not entitled to sell it in lots; (d) they do not have the right to sell it in lots; and (e) they interfere with the victim’s vicarious sales of officetels by force for about 40 minutes.
B. The Defendant conspired with B, F, and C on the 23th of the same month at around 16:30.
In the same place as Paragraph 1, customers who are receiving counseling for sale are entitled to sell in lots, and they interfere with the victim's vicarious sales of officetels by force for about 30 minutes, such as where the office files are collected from the consignee.
C. The Defendant conspired with B, F, and C on the 24th of the same month at around 17:25.
