Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The land survey division prepared in the Japanese occupation period is written by the Gyeonggi-do Department of Land Survey in the Gyeonggi-do, stating that C, having a domicile in Gyeonggi-do Gwangju-gun D Forest 9,078, E Forest 5,287 (hereinafter referred to as “the first previous land” and “the second previous land” and the combined “each previous land of this case”).
B. On September 30, 1959, the previous land of this case was divided into: (1) 6,951 square meters of forest land in Gwangju-gun; (6), G 1,092; and H 1,035 square meters of forest land; (2) F 6,951 square meters of forest was divided into 5,724 square meters of forest; and (3) 5,724 square meters of forest was divided into 1,27 square meters of river; (4) 1,878 square meters of forest land; (6) 3,00 square meters of a river into 9,000 square meters of a river; and (5) 2,000 square meters of a river; and (6) 3,000 square meters of a river into 9,000 square meters of a river; and (7) 4,000 square meters of a river; and (5) 3,000 square meters of a river into 1,000 square meters of a river;
C. Meanwhile, on the other hand, on December 13, 1973, the previous land category of the case No. 2 was changed to a river, and the area unit was converted into a unit of area, and E is 17,478 square meters of a river (hereinafter “the instant land No. 4”), and it was combined with each of the instant lands No. 1, 2, and 3.
