1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 10, 1967, the field of land in Gyeonggi-gun B (hereinafter “former land of this case”) changed from July 10, 1967 to “river B of Gyeonggi-gun,” and the area was converted on September 1, 1978 to “1,081 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do,” and on March 1, 1996, the name of the administrative district was changed from “C” to “D,” and on May 24, 2010, the name was changed to “F1,081 square meters in Pakistan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeonggi-gun.”

B. On April 12, 1967, the “Yinju-gun G 715 square meters” (hereinafter “the previous land of this case”) was divided into H 600 square meters and I 15 square meters on April 12, 1967, and H 600 square meters in Gyeonggi-gun H Ha-gun H Y Y 600 square meters changed in the same land category on the same day.
