Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of eight months.

provided that this ruling has become final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one is allowed to trade, trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive marijuana, smoke the hemp seed, or carry marijuana seeds for the purpose of smoking, the Defendants handled the marijuana as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. On December 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) paid USD 3,00 to G at “F” coffee shop located near Seoul E Station; (b) on March 12, 2013, the Defendant received USD 1.827 kilograms by means of Mari or 1.827 kilograms by the mail of usfk, located in Pyeongtaek-si I; (c) on March 12, 2013, on March 12, 2013, the Defendant stopped the vehicle owned by the Defendant and stopped in front of Pyeongtaek-si in Pyeongtaek-si; and (d) purchased the Mari or 1.827 kilograms of Mari-si in return for delivery and storage to J; and (e) purchased the Mari-si in the way of carrying it into the above Mari-si.

B. Around 18:00 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant smokes, gives and receives, and receives, marijuana: (i) around 18:00 on the street near the Seoul E Station, in a manner that smokess general tobacco from G with a frying frying the fry of the hemp plant (i.e., a “marinate”), and smokes in a fying manner with a fying fying fying, and (ii) around 23:0 on December 23, 2012, the Defendant parked in the parking lot near Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; (iii) around 0.5g of the hemp plants contained in the plastic fyper in the plastic fyper in P; (iv) around 0:0 on the date and place near the Seoul E Station; and (v) at around 1:0 on the day and at 1:3:0 on the day and at 1:0 on the day and at 3:0:0 on the day of the day of the air fy fying.
