A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CMW car.

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on March 21, 2016, transferred the said BMW car to KRW 4.8 million from a person who was unable to know his name in the vicinity of the Busan East-dong, Busan-dong on March 21, 2016, but did not transfer the ownership of the automobile without justifiable grounds.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from March 21, 2016 to March 26, 2016, operated the said BMW car without purchasing a mandatory automobile insurance policy from Busan and Daegu City Council members.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On March 21, 2016, at around 19:30, the Defendant driven the said BMW car without obtaining a driver’s license from around approximately 100 km section from around the front day of the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Busan-dong on the same day in the vicinity of Busan-dong, Busan-dong.

B. On March 23, 2016, at around 15:30, the Defendant driven the said BMF car without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately five km section from the parking lot for the movable hospital located in Daegu-gu, Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, and 56 in front of the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gu.

On March 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said BMF car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 4 km section at the parking lot of a movable hospital located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 56, to the parking lot located in about 94 in the center of Daegu-gu, Nam-gu.

4. On March 23, 2016, the Defendant was unable to know the trade name in salary-dong in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu on March 15:40, 201, and was engaged in an illegal internship on the front side of the Sejong-gu, Daegu-gu, and led to driving away by controlling the police officer.
