A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 25, 2016, the Defendant driven an ESW car without obtaining a driver’s license from “C” located in Daegu-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, to approximately 1.39 km from “C” to “Seoul-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On July 5, 2016, at around 17:40, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from the G High School near the Daegu High School located in the Daegu High School F, to the Helelel of the Daegu-gun, and the J in the Gyeong-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu High School I via the head of the JJ in the Gyeong-gu, Daegu High School.

3. On July 15, 2016, the Defendant, at the G High School located in F in Daegu-gun, driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license, from the G High School located in F, to the G Apartment-gu, Daegu-gu, Busan-gu, 219, a light beach beach located in 219, Busan-do, Busan-do, the 62-ro 47, Pyeong-gu, Busan-si, and the 345.04 km away from the G High School located in F, Daegu-gu, 2016 to the G Apartment-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Busan-si, and the said car without obtaining a driver’s license.

On July 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the Daegu-gu apartment on July 23, 2016, from the Daegu-gu apartment to the Gyeongdong-si, the Geumsan-si, the Kumsan-si, the Geumsan-si, the Simsan-si, the Simn-si, the Simn-si, the Simn-si, the Simn-si, and the Gum-si, the Defendant again driven the said

5. On December 26, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license, from Daegu-gu NFC from Daegu-gun NFC to 30, Seogu Seosan-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, about KRW 8.52 km to the fixed court parking lot, and driving the said car without obtaining a driver’s license.
