A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 40 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C (13 years of age, women), victim D (12 years of age, women), and victim E (9 years of age, women).

1. On May 13, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by force in relation to relatives) committed an indecent act by force against the said victim, by taking over the matter of the victim D (the age of 12, the female)’s left hand, which is a relative to reporting television at one’s home located in F at the time of 13:30 on May 13, 2012.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. 3. The defendant in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) shall be subject to the above 2-A.

At the time and place of entry in the port, the chest of the victim C (12 years of age, women) who is a friendship parent as mentioned above was delivered.
