A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2006, the Defendant divorced from the denial on or around December 4, 2006, and thereafter lived together with the victim B (14-15 years of age, 15 years of age at the time of committing the crime) and his children C, etc.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by blood);

A. On February 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the room of the victim B (the victim’s 15 years old, 15 years old, 15 years old) who is the Defendant’s father’s mother at the Defendant’s home located in Seosan-si D lending E around February 27, 2017; (b) met the victim’s chest and her son’s chest, who was in the bed with the Defendant’s own hand; (c) prevented the victim from resisting the Defendant’s shoulder with his her hand; and (d) prevented the victim from resisting the Defendant’s shoulder and her shouldering; and (e) committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim’s sexual organ as if the Defendant had a sexual intercourse.

B. On March 12, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:00 on March 12, 2017, committed an indecent act by force against the victim on the following grounds: (a) while drinking alcohol at the places indicated in the family paragraph around 20:00, the Defendant sent the visit to the victim B (at the time, 15 years of age, 15 years of age, 15 years of age) who is the Defendant’s father’s friendship; (b) coming into the room, and was able to take a part in the bed by a finger hand; and (c) he committed an indecent act by force against the victim

On May 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on May 5, 2017, performed alcohol at the place indicated in the family port, and committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim B (the 15 years of age at that time, the 15 years of age, the 15 years of age, and the 15 years of age) who is the Defendant’s father’s father’s father, and the her left chest, who takes part in the her beds with the left hand.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On January 28, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of January 28, 2017, at the Defendant’s home located in Seosan-si DBD E around January 28, 2017, entered the Defendant’s her son’s son’s (here, 15 years of age at that time, her son’s son’s son’s son and her son’s son’s son’s son and her son’s son’s son’s son’s son and herbbbbbbbbb
