A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a friendly relationship with the victim B (the family name, the female, the age of 24) C.

1. On October 2018, the Defendant: (a) placed the Victim’s own descendants in the middle of the Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the Suwon-si, where the Victimxx of the D building was located, and committed an indecent act by force against the Victim by taking the Victim’s own descendants into account both winters of the Victim.
