Punishment of the crime

From around 2006, the Defendant is a person in a de facto marital relationship with D, a money under the victim C (V, 9 years of age).

1. On August 16, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on August 16, 2017, with a view to reporting a victim who reported a mobile phone at the home of the Defendant’s home located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, and the first floor, and committed an indecent act against the victim by causing the victim’s own arms.

2. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on August 17, 2017, with the intent to commit an indecent act against the victim at the place indicated in paragraph 1 of the A.M. on August 17, 2017, and used both arms to have the victim kis, and forced the victim to kis, thereby committing an indecent act.

3. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on August 18, 2017, with the intent to commit an indecent act against the victim at the places listed in paragraph (1) 1 at morning around August 18, 2017, put the victim on the bed, put the victim on the bed, put the victim into the bed, forced the victim to kis, and

4. On August 21, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around August 21, 2017, committed an indecent act against the victim at the places listed in paragraph (1) at around A.M. on August 21, 2017, placed the victim on a bed, placed the victim on a bed, and forced the victim to kis on the victim, thereby committing an indecent act.

5. On August 22, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on August 22, 2017, with the intent to commit an indecent act against the victim at the places listed in paragraph (1) 1 around the morning, placed the victim on the bed, placed the victim on the bed, and forced the victim to kis, thereby committing an indecent act.

6. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on August 23, 2017 at a place listed in paragraph (1) at around A.M. on August 23, 2017, with a view to inducing the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim, placed the victim’s shoulder in a bend by pushing the victim’s shoulder, and forced the victim to kisck with the victim’s entrance alcohol, and committed an indecent act against the victim’s sexual flag in a non-fluened manner by skeing it front and rear.

In this respect, the defendant was de facto blood relatives, and the victim was forced to commit a minor under the age of 13 over six times.
