A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

" 2020 Gohap7"

1. On September 6, 2019, around 14:42, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting his/her hand in the “C” on the first floor of the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Yansan-si B; (b) by attracting his/her hand knife the victim D (V, 7 years old); and (c) by inserting his/her hand knife with his/her chests; and (d) inserting his/her chests.

2. At the same place on the same day, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by placing the victim in front of him/her, and returning him/her again by returning him/her to the same place, thereby holding him/her in a way that he/she meets the chest.

3. At around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant forced the victim to have kisk on the left side of the victim, by drawing the victim's kisk to use the telephone, and kisk the victim's kisk on the right side of the victim by inserting the left hand in a way that the victim can kis the victim's kis on the left side, and then kis on the right side of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the minor victim under 13 years of age.

1. On August 14, 2019, at around 18:05 to 18:35, the Defendant: (a) stated that “C” on the first floor of Yansan-gu, Yansan-gu, B, and that the Defendant would emit the room to the victim E (the age nine) in the vicinity of the Defendant; (b) stated that the Defendant fell to the Defendant; and (c) made the victim come to the front of the Defendant; and (d) rhyd the victim on the kne of the Defendant’s knee, thrhum on the Defendant’s kne, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by using the victim’s chest and double on his hand.

2. On August 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 18:15 to 18:35, at the same place; (b) around 18:15:15 on August 28, 2019, the Victim F (F (FF) who used a embankment, was seated by the Defendant’s wife to the Defendant’s root in order to change music; and (c) was seated by both hands following the victim, and knee of the Defendant, and knee of the victim.
