A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 23:50 on March 26, 2015, the Defendant driven B carren under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.088% without obtaining a driver’s license at the section of approximately 300 meters from the front day of the boundary line in the vicinity of the ambas, which is located in the Pambas seafarer’s Dong, to the front day of the Korean Nambas, which is located in the same Dong.
