A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A on May 19, 1983, a fine of 100,000 won was imposed for gambling in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 19, 196; a fine of 500,000 won was imposed for the same crime in the same court on September 19, 196; a fine of 2 million won was imposed for the crime of habitual gambling in the same court on January 30, 1997; a fine of 2 million won was imposed for the crime of habitual gambling in the same court on September 29, 197; a suspended sentence of 2 years for 8 months in the same court on May 19, 198; a fine of 1.5 million won in the same court on December 17, 2002; a fine of 3 million won in the same court on December 8, 2008; and a fine of 3 million won in the same court on September 25, 2012, respectively.

2. The Defendant, along with F, G, and H on July 6, 2015, from around 14:00 to around 18:30 on the same day, 3 points in the said E E’s office using Tin 52 located in the said E’s office. The Defendant saw that the Defendant provided a string 50 times by adding KRW 600 to KRW 600 and KRW 200 each time when adding 1 points to the string person.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stuffed the defendant.
