Defendant
A on February 11, 1991, a summary order of 300,000 won was issued by the Ulsan District Court as a crime of gambling. On January 31, 2002, a court was sentenced to imprisonment for 10 months or more as a crime of opening gambling and two years of suspension of execution. On December 28, 2005, a court was sentenced to imprisonment for 10 months or more as a crime of opening gambling and aiding and abetting and gambling and two years of suspension of execution. On January 19, 207, the same court was sentenced to a summary order of 2 million won as a crime of gambling and a fine of 2 million won as a crime of opening gambling, and on August 21, 2015, a court was sentenced to imprisonment for 6 years or more as a crime of opening gambling and gambling and a fine of 200,000 won as a fine of 20,000 won.
Defendant
F On September 17, 2015, the F was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the establishment of gambling places at the Ulsan District Court, and the F was finally decided on November 21, 2015.
1. Defendant A
A. On July 5, 2014, from around 23:00 to around 01:00 of the following day, the Defendant opened a gambling place: (a) from the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the Defendant: (b) kept 20 men and women on his/her name in secret; (c) divided 51 pages into 4 pages on the floor of the 51 scale; and (d) divided the number of 10 in secret by 10 in total; and (d) obtained 5% of the fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluoring.
From that time until May 25, 2015, the Defendant opened a gambling place 29 times in total for the purpose of profit-making, such as the contents in the list of offenses.
B. Around July 5, 2014, the Defendant habitually gambling the instant “Kisterhouse,” with 20 men and women on the part of his name, and with 20 in the amount of money, carried a gambling “gambling” in the name of 51 sheet.
From that time until May 25, 2015, the Defendant habitually extends to 29 times, such as the contents in the list of crimes in attached Form.
