A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, each of whom shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 22, 2011, Defendant A received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Gwangju District Court as a crime of gambling, and the said summary order became final and conclusive around that time.

The Defendant, together with G, H, I, D, J, K, and L, ranging from around 19:0 on January 15, 201 to around 02:00 of the following day, 10:0 each 10,00 per annum from 707 Nmotour located in M in Ma and divided 20:0 each 10,00 per annum into two parts, using nmotour 21 on the following day. Defendant B, along with G,O, D, and P on January 18, 2014 from around 16:00 to around 02:50 of the following day, carried out gambling, namely, “vic” in the same manner as Paragraph 1, from around March 6, 2013 to around September 16, 2014, as indicated in [Attachment Table 1] Nos. 1, 3, 7, and 10 in [Attachment Table 1] between March 6, 2013 and September 16, 2014 (However, “A” was deleted from “the list of suspects” No. 3).

3. Defendant C, along with G and A, ranging from May 18, 2013 to 04:00 on the following day, she ambling in the way as referred to in paragraph (1) in the 101 room of the Seo-gu Qa building 101 in Seo-gu Gwangju metropolitan city from March 2, 2013 to May 21, 2013 as indicated in the annexed crime sight table (1) No. 6, 9, and 11, all of which were “five” three times.
