【Criminal Facts】

On June 21, 2012, from around 22:00 to 23:20, the Defendants: (a) in the walsium warehouse located in Sinposi; (b) Defendant A, in the two parts, divided money into three parts among Chapter 48, in which gambling participants take the number of each unit; and (c) Defendant D played the role of raising money from the warehouse to the place where he was engaged in raising money by holding a halsium with a high number of one unit; and (d) Defendant D took the role of raising money from the warehouse to the place where he was engaged in raising money; (c) Defendant B took the role of raising money from the warehouse to the place where he was engaged in gambling; and (d) Defendant B took the role of raising money from the warehouse to the place where he was engaged in gambling; and (e) Defendant B took the role of raising money from the warehouse to the place where he was engaged in gambling; and (e) Defendant B took the role of raising money.

On the other hand, Defendant C, along with M, N,O, P, Q, R, S, and T (each of the foregoing days each of them is provided with approximately KRW 100 to 1.5 million at one time.
