Punishment of the crime
C A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of civil engineering, construction, contract for electrical construction, etc., and D Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of civil engineering and construction, etc., and D Co., Ltd. is a corporation which jointly orders and executes G Co., Ltd. from the Incheon Metropolitan City Free Economic Zone authorities (hereinafter “instant construction”). Defendant B Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of civil engineering and construction, etc., which is a corporation under subcontract under the part of the H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “subcontract”).
