In cases of harmful or dangerous work using construction machinery under the Construction Control Machinery Act, a business owner shall not require any person, other than an employee who holds a license for the relevant work, to perform the work, and in cases where the operation of the vehicles' construction machinery is likely to cause danger to workers because the said machinery has broken off or fall, he/she shall place the leading person, prevent the collapse of the ground, maintain the width of the road, etc., and in cases of the work using the vehicle's construction machinery, he/she shall conduct a prior investigation into the topography and ground conditions in the relevant workplace in order to prevent any danger to workers, and prepare a work plan that includes the types and performance of the vehicles' construction machinery, the course of operation of the vehicle's construction machinery, and the working method based on the vehicle's construction machinery, etc., according to the plan;
