A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2009, the Defendant is a person who was issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 by the Cheongju District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, on November 23, 2010, by the same court as a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime, and is engaged in driving of the vehicle as a holder of B rocketing or other automobiles.

1. 2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the said rocketing car without mandatory insurance at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph.
