A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:02 on March 21, 2013, the Defendant driven a B rocketing motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 500 meters from the road front of the drinking quiju-dong, a considerable amount of Cheongju-si, to the lower intersection of the same rate, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.207%.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is engaged in driving B rocketing motor vehicles;

On March 21, 2013, at around 23:02, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, continued to proceed from the edge of the shooting distance of the sex hospital to the scam of the scam, under the influence of alcohol.

As a result, the Defendant suffered multiple scambling, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment by occupational negligence, in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking.
