A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 22, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court, and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court on December 24, 2009.

On August 28, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.176% during blood transfusion on August 28, 2016, 2016, driven a B EF rocketing car and driven a three-lane road of 7-lanes in front of the Cheongju-gu, Hoju-si along the two-lanes from the direction of the Yongsan-gu.

At the time, the victim C, who is driving at night and in the first lane, was a D body D driving by the victim C, and thus, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to make a change in the course by operating the direction when the driver of the motor vehicle changes the vehicle along the first lane, and by giving prior notice of the change in the course and considering the traffic conditions before and after the time.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected this and changed the course into one lane as it is, and thereby, got the victim's motor vehicle driving normally along the lane from the first lane to the left side of the front-hand part of the Defendant's vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant violated the foregoing two or more times while he was unable to drive a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and again drives the said motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above, and even if he damages the said motor vehicle to use approximately KRW 1,205,788 for repair costs due to the foregoing occupational department and office, the Defendant did not immediately stop the said motor vehicle and take necessary measures.

The Defendant, at around 19:20 on July 31, 2017, drives a e-wing truck from around 200 meters away from the 200-meter section before the Dong Residents' Center, which is located in the Heung-gu Gung-gu Gung-gu Gungdong on July 31, 2017, to the front road of the Dong Residents' Center, with the same equipment 107, without the driver's license. The Defendant, at around 20:18 on the same day, drives the e-wing truck without the driver's license.
